III . THE WISE MINISTER GIVES ATTENDANCE TO
EXHORTATION; v . 13 .

3. He must exhort others to be unmovable; I Cor. 15 :58 .
IV. THE WISE MINISTER GIVES ATTENDANCE TO

V. THE WISE MINISTER DEVELOPS HIS TALENTS; v. 14.
